Wrapped up business in Thunderhead today by taking out the Bane and Atta in Fault Lever. I was watching Matrona again. She was exploring over near the Chaukas Robotics Facility, drew the attention of a bunch of bots. Arrived in Ligo Crucible today and tracked down Matrona. She was dressed from head to toe in green hazmat armor. I watched her for a while as she searched through the ruins of Fort Intrepid for something. Unlike Dulfer, she never spotted me - I had my Cloak Wave up as I spied on her. Got a strange e-mail today. Headers looked faked, and I didn't recognize the sender. The message said, "The Blue Pilgrim stands Defiant. Level One. Looking up family. Going for the top."
I'm no genius, but I'm pretty sure the e-mail came from Penumbra and is about Caeruleum. They've recruited her at Fort Defiance, given her Level One access and she's using it to look for me. She won't find me through Penumbra, though, not with Level Five restricting my files.

My Deoradhan data continues to grow. I became a Level One operative for Penumbra and can now connect to certain restricted databases on the computer network. I looked up the other Deoradhans. Viewed AFS personnel files on four of them: Teanae, Jag, Dulfer, and another I've only heard about, Matrona.

On the Spy ability Polymorph: At first I wondered about its usefulness and gave it only one pump. Mabon keeps e-mailing me, asking how I'm doing. The first couple of times I just replied "Okay" but now I don't even bother. His mails just make me angry. It feels as if he's trying to make sure I'm not broken or something, that no errors were introduced during the cloning process. It's cold to me, clinical. I spent most of yesterday in a squad with one other individual running instances in Pools followed by Guardian Prominence. Throughout our adventures there was one little thing he kept doing that bothered me. Every time he popped a portable waypoint it was a personal one. I've noticed a trend in TR of newer players adding an unnecessary "the" to map names when chatting. The Wilderness, the Divide, the Palisades, the Pools. It bothers me every time I see it. This would be the equivalent of saying something like "I'm going to the Alabama for the weekend," or "My company is flying me out to the Las Vegas for a trade show." Stop it already! It's Wilderness, Divide, Palisades, and Pools!
Next thing you know they'll be saying "the Earth."
